Bratwurst Simmered in Beer and Grilled

Ingredients:
2 lbs. SYRACUSE'S Bratwurst Links
1 Qt. Beer of your choice (Shiner Bock or other dark beers are the best for this recipe)
Spicy Brown Mustard
8 Rolls

Instructions:

In a 2½ quart skillet, pour beer plus 1 cup of water (optional), add your bratwurst and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove bratwurst and complete cooking on your outside grill, or brown off in a skillet for approximately 15 more minutes. Serve in a 6” roll with spicy brown mustard.
